Hola que tal, vengo a traer una duda a ver si alguien tiene idea de qué pueda estar pasando, tengo un servidor funcionando con Elastix 2.4 y con una tarjeta sangoma para la troncal e1 de telmex, la configuración no tuve grandes problemas y levantó la troncal poniendose en idle tanto en tx como rx cuando Telmex levantó la troncal, y dejando sacar y recibir llamadas sin mayor problema, el problema es que cuando intento sacar alguna llamada internacional "001." e inclusive también con celulares nacionales "045." la troncal responde con congestion bussy, y me dice que todos los circuitos están ocupados. sin embargo el problema sólo se presenta con esas marcaciones, pues celulares locales, llamadas locales, y larga distancia nacional salen sin problema alguno. a alguno le ha pasado algo similar?. tienen idea si sea algo que tenga que arreglar con telmex, o si sea algo que tenga que ver con mi configuración??... mis archivos de configuración están de la siguiente forma
