    Buenos días,

    Tengo un Elastix 2.4 release 1, Asterisk 1.8.20.0 release 0, Dahdi 1.8.20.0 release 4. Sangoma A101 con cancelador de eco configurada con 30 canales de R2, mi proveedor es Telmex

    solicito de su amable ayuda ya que en mi conmutador en algunas ocasiones cuando alguien intenta hacer una llamada les manda el mensaje "Todos los circuitos están ocupados, por favor intente más tarde", siendo que tengo casi todo el E1 disponible.

      Eso parece indicar que hay congestión, para el caso de R2 eso puede significar que está ocupado, fuera de servicio, etc. El mensaje se reproduce porque solo se recibe una señal de congestión y tu Elastix lo interpreta y reproduce ese mensaje. Te recomendaría echaras una leída a esto, seguramente te será útil:

        Buenos días,

        gracias por la respuesta Marco, por desgracia no he podido hacer ese cambio para los mensajes, lo que le pedí a Telmex es que me bloqueara los primeros 10 canales del enlace (son los únicos que he usado hasta el momento) para descartar que el problema radicara directamente en esos canales.

        Aunado a esto ejecuté el el comando dahdi_scan y he observado que el parametro framing_opts tiene CCS, no se si eso esté mal o como podría corregirlo

          Suena a que te falta configurar en wanpipe la señalización y el entramado.

          FE_FRAME = NCRC4
          TE_SIG_MODE = CAS

          Revisa también que tengas el siguiente valor:

          TE_RX_SLEVEL = 120
