  • Tel Polycom se registra pero no se comunica

    En la empresa donde trabajo tenemos un asterisk y pedi un tel Polycom Ip331
    para configurarlo con un asterisk en mi casa. El teléfono se registra bien por lo que veo: el icono del tel marca que esta registrado. pero al discar *65# no me devuelve el nro. de interno sino un tono de ocupado. Con un sofphone desde la pc de mi oficina me pasa lo mismo solo que no se escucha nada. Si intento llamar del sofphone que esta en en la pc de mi casa conectada a mi asterisk me indica servico no disponible

    Usualmente servicio no disponible indica que no existe ese numero marcado. Para poder ayudarte mejor por favor copia y pega la salida del cli de asterisk cuando hagas la llamada y del comando sip show peers.

      ESTOS DOS INTERNOS SON LOS QUE INGRESAN AL ASTERISK EN MI CASA Y SALEN POR LA RED PUBLICA DE MI TRABAJO.
      EL FIREWALL DE MI TRABAJO ESTA ABIERTO PARA LOS PUERTOS NECESARIOS PARA EL NORMAL FUNCIONAMIENTO ESTO ESTA VERIFICADO.

      Efectivamente tengo 5 extensiones sip y una no esta registrada por que la pc dentro de la lan esta apagada.

        Eso significa que a donde estas marcando no esta disponible, posiblemente codecs incompatibles..

        Revisa que tu extensión tenga los codecs adecuados del polycom.

          Perdón por no haber sido agradecido DESDA YA MUCHAS GRACIAS.

          Utilice esta configuración de codec en el asterisk de mi casa ulaw&g729
          y comenzaron a poder llamarse entre si e incluso llame al directo de mi oficina y veo en el identificador de llamada salta el numero de mi casa.

          Pero no escucho la voz en ningun telefono. siempre hablando de los internos 1050 y 1051 que son los de prueba que tengo en mi oficina e intento conectarlos al asterisk de mi casa.

          Desactive el firewall en el asterisk e incluso aparece el registro de la llamada en el asteriskcdrdb.

            MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS ESTA SOLUCIONADO APARENTEMENTE HABIA QUE REINICAR EL TELEFONO Y VOLVI A RESGISTRAR EL SOFTPHONE Y TODO ESTA FUCNIONANDO GRACIAS
