    requiero de su ayuda urgente, tengo el enlace caído y no le encuentro por donde mi configuración esta bien y estaba trabajando.
    les pego las alarmas para ver su opinión

            me esta dando duda por estas alarmas que el problema no sea mio y sea de TELMEX

                Asi es el problema es con telmex, tienes que reportarlo, mas específico es con una de sus central aunque te digan que esta bien porqué siempre asi dicen tú diles que el problema esta con ellos porque no esta en el medio, si no el la transmisión de los datos.

                  muchas gracias por su aporte, les comento que mis sospechas eran correctas, 4 horas despues de que ocurrio la falla, fue corregida por TELMEX, perdon por dar seguimiento hasta ahorita, pero estoy seguro que este ejemplo porda ayudar a alguien mas a diagnosticar algun problema similar!
