Hola, gracias por tu respuesta Christian, mira, el contexto que usa Elastix es "from-internal" y el que usa a2billing se llama "a2billing", el contexto de a2billing se encuentra en extensions_custom.conf, y esta estructurado de este modo

Y lo deje de este modo

Entonces, registro un cliente de a2billing, e intento llamar a la extension digamos 123, pero no me funciona, como deberia de hacerlo ?
