congestion e1 telmex

buen día, hace tiempo que no publico, he estado leyendo a cerca de posibles causas de mi detalle que tengo. actualmente tengo elastix 2.5 con una sangoma a101 con cancelador de eco pci-ex, tengo la e1 completa (30 lineas) telmex, amd x6 8gb ram, los did's asignados a cada extensión (70 actualmente) un ivr (para el numero principal).

el detalle que tengo es el siguiente, al estar haciendo 4 llamadas al exterior, al hacer la 5ta llamada me dice que "todas las lineas están ocupadas", hasta que no cuelgue alguien, puedo hacer mi llamada, pero las llamadas entrantes no tengo ningún problema.
}en un principio pense que era mi chunk size lo cambie de 8 a 16 (según yo, editando wanpipe cambiando mtu 8 a mtu 16), pero no me dio resultado y observo en el operator panel no lo tengo saturado, dejo el resultado de mi wanpipemonitor

Y después en
/var/log/asterisk/mfcr2/logs/ aparecerán los archivos de cada intento de llamada pega esos archivos por favor

nota en logdir lo tenia con el valor =logs y no me los genero , asi que puse el path completo y sigue iguel

mfcr2 set debug debug
de hecho se bloquea no me perimite hacer llamadas al hacer el debug debug

no puedo deshabilitarlo para volver a estar como estaba antes, al parecer ya lo deje que haba bien los log a continuacion pego abajo lo que encontre

como deshabilito el comando mfcr2 set debug debug, no lo he podido qutar para que no me aparezca en el cli, comoquiera siguen generandose los logs de mfcr2 x mi archivo chan_dahdi
