Problema con Asterisk Now "All circuits are busy now"

  • Problema con Asterisk Now "All circuits are busy now"

    Hola que tal!

    Soy nuevo en esto de utilizar Asterisk Now, espero me puedan ayudar

    El problema que tengo es que al momento de que intento realizar una llamada exterior, el telefono me balbucea algo que dice "All circuits are busy now, Please try your call later.

    Llevo ya varias horas tratando de encontrar el problema pero no encuentro nada googleando, lo unico que encuentro es información de hace muchos años y que no me funciona ya que no encuentro el archivo zapata.conf en /etc/ y el zaptel pareciera que no estuviera instalado.

    Otro problema que tampoco he logrado resolver en parte, es que al momento de yo intentar realizar una llamada desde el exterior hacia mi conmutador IP, suena 2 veces y despues me dice "bye" y cuelga.

    Ya configure la IVR y las rutas entrantes sin exito.

    Espero me puedan auxiliar, agradezco de antemano su ayuda

    En versiones nuevas de Asterisk ya no se usa Zaptel/Zapata, sino DAHDI, lo cual es lo mismo pero con otro nombre.

    Es altamente probable que tus tarjetas ni siquiera estén instaladas. ¿Qué tipo de tarjeta tienes? ¿Cómo la instalaste? ¿Que te arroja el comando 'dahdi show channels' sobre el Asterisk CLI?

        Con el dahdi show channels veo que si esta instalada. Al momento en que mandas la llamada la mandas por g0. ¿Si está declarado ese grupo dentro del chan_dahdi.conf? Muestra el contenido por favor

              Jaja, yo diagnosticando y me ganan la estocada final...

              En efecto, si eliminas (o comentas) el contenido de tu chan_dahdi_groups y lo reemplazas por lo que navaismo te dice, tendrás declarado el grupo 0, y con eso podrás enviar las llamadas que necesitas.

                  Pues bien ya realice esos pasos y efectivamente ya aparecen las troncales en el panel, pero aun sigo intentando realizar la llamada y me sigue diciendo lo mismo... Anexo el nuevo Log de Asterisk:
                  Si reiniciaste el modulo de dahdi en el asterisk con: dahdi restart o module reload chan_dahdi.so

                  Y otra sugerencia seria que cambiaras tu troncal por r0 en lugar de g0, para que vayan sacando llamadas en round robin las lineas.

                    yeah!! Ya quedo =D, el problema es que el freepbx me borra las configuraciones del chan_dahdi_groups y al guardar me borraba el grupo y lo dejaba en blanco, ya probe y ya funciona muchisimas gracias
