Estamos utilizando VICIDIAL para una campaña predictivo donde estamos usando AMD que más o menos está detectando correctamente el AM . Tenemos un tema en particular en relación con un AM que es proporcionada por la compañía móvil TELCEL que es un teléfono móvil que se ha desconectado o el número ha cambiado , por lo tanto inmediata obtenemos el mensaje, pero AMD no detecta el AM e interpreta que la llamada ha sido establecida

La pregunta aquí es , ¿cómo podemos resolver esta situación diciendo al AMD de VICIDIAL que ese tipo de mensajes en un AM en lugar de una voz humana ?
