Enlaces E1 de Telcel alarmados

  • Enlaces E1 de Telcel alarmados

    Buenos días.

    Tengo un ambiente en el que uso 2 servidores Asterisk que me reciben enlaces E1 (ISDN) de Telcel y de Axtel (R2).

    Siempre he trabajado así, pero desde hace un par de semanas me salen alarmas que Telcel siempre se deslinda y dice que el problema es de nuestro lado. Antes ya nos había atendido problemas de sincronía, pero al parecer siguen.

    Cualquier información adicional que necesiten con gusto se los paso.

    El error que me sale es:

    Y que muestra el comando wanpipemon -i w1g1(o l ainterface que sea) -c Ta

    Lo que dice la wiki de sangoma acerca de esa alarma es que o la TELCO de plano se desconecto o esta mal tu framming yo también checaria el cableado y/o los baluns:

    RAI(Remote Alarm Indication): Indicates that the Far end (typically the Telco) is in RED alarm state and sending that message over the line. If the only alarm in your wanpipemon output is RAI:ON then contact your telco with this information.

    You will also get this alarm, and only this alarm, if your framing is incorrect.This setting can be changed in the wanpipeX.conf file.

      Las alarmas me suceden diario, pero a distintas horas. Si fuera el framing o el cableado, no tendría servicio a ninguna hora, que no ?? Y lo raro es que con ambos servidores.

      Ejecuté el wanpipemon y me sale esto.

      Tengo puertos de la sangoma que no les tengo cable conectado y tampoco los tengo referenciados en chan_dadhi y me sale esto:

        Lo del cable no siempre es así un mal cableado te puede dar señal por ratos, deberías también contemplar eso solo para descartar. Sobre el error de FAS:
        FAS Errors (Frame alignment signal error). One or more incorrect bits in the alignment word

        Y sobre todo checa que tu tarjeta no comparta interrupciones con otros procesos.

          Gracis por las respuestas.

          Voy a analizar el tema de las alarmas. Ya validé en mi log y no tengo ningún FAS error.

          Recuerdo que una vez me dijeron cómo validar si hay interrupciones compartidas, pero no recuerdo el comando. Lo tendrás a la mano ??

            Es: cat /proc/interrupts
            debes de ver algo como:

            Si wanpipe tiene otras cosas delante seguro esta compartiendo interrupciones.

              Veo que sí estoy compartiendo interrupciones.

              Voy a desactivar la utilidad HPILO a ver qué tal se comporta.
