    Hola buen dia,

    Ojalá puedan ayudarme, tengo el siguiente problema.

    Tengo configurada un enlace E1 de TELMEX para trabajar con este conmutador. El problema es que las llamadas de cuelgan después de aproximandamente 2 minutos, esto sucede siempre.

    Lo errores del log son (abajo pongo el log completo):

    Parece que el problema es que todo el enlace se alarma y luego se reestablece. ¿Qué tarjeta estás usando?

        Lo que nunca me ha gustado de las Digium es la carencia de comandos para hacer debug.

        Vamos a asumir que es un problema físico: ¿has probado cambiando el balun?

          Ya mandé pedir un balun nuevo, porque actualmente esta conectado con un CISCO CAB-E1-RJ45BNC. Tambien pedí que hicieron pruebas de la troncal en TELMEX y me informaron que el enlace está correcto, por lo que supongo que es el cable. Sin embargo queria descartar algún error en la configuración.

          De lo de los comandos, ya verifique con el comando dahdi_tool y no me da alarmas.

            Ya se ha reemplazado el el Balun, pero los problemas han seguido. Hay una lineas en el log que no se si simplemente no habia visto antes o no habian salido.

            Las pego aquí abajo.

              Buenas tardes estimados,

              A mi se me presenta un error similar, tengo errores o warnings de invalid CAS en el ultimo canal del E1 y llega un momento es que se comienzan a bloquear y desbloquear los canales. Tambien tengo una tarjeta Digium pero de 2 puertos y es con Maxcom. Creo que es el mismo error de jjacquesf porque se asemejan mucho los logs y es mucha casualidad que el invalid CAS solo aparezca para el ultimo canal.

              Alguien a tenido un error simillar? Sera que intengo con una tarjeta Sangoma?

                  He visto este mensaje cuando no te pones un ANI al momento de sacar la llamada. Si pegas tu log de R2, sería más fácil encontrar la causa.

                    buen día

                    yo tuve ese problema pero con una tarjeta openvox, la cambie por una sangoma y se soluciono el problema, para esto cambien antes balún y telmex me cambio la NTU

                      Esto pasa cada 10 a 20 minutos mas o menos, ya cambie la tarjeta, ya cambie el balun, le dije a telmex que revisaran el enlace, pero ellos nada mas dicen todo esa bien (logico, desde su oficina), lo que se me hace raro es que estuvo bien casi 2 semanas y pum de repente empezo el error (pporque en la oficina del cliente, se robaron el cable de los postes y tuvo que ir telmex a repararlo, y al dia siguiente empezo el problema)

                      Necesitan el system.conf y el dahdi-channels.conf?
