    Buen día!!

    espero que me puedan ayudar con este problema:

    Tengo un servidor Vicidial con asterisk 1.2 estaba funcionando correctamente y de un día para otro ya no se registraban las extensiones en los softphone intente entrar al Cli de Asterisk pero me manda lo siguiente:

    root@pbx:~# asterisk -r
    Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk.ctl exist?)


    ya intente:

    asterisk start

    /ect/init.d/asterisk start

    service asterisk start


    y no logro que arranque Asterisk.


    Alguna idea????

    Intenta ejecutar asterisk -vvvvvvddcg para buscar el error pega la salida completa de ese comando

        Pareciera que el error va del lado de tu chan_dahdi. ¿Has probado ver si comentando el módulo en modules.conf ya te permite cargar?

          Hola Christian esto es lo que tengo en modules.conf es una version de asterisk 1.2 y no tiene dahdi, si no me equivoco tiene zaptel

              ok, diciendole que no cargue el modulo chan_zap si entro al cli de asterisk, ahora ese modulo no es necesario para que saque llamadas??

                Si, si es necesario, pero primero debiamos ver que era lo que impedía que Asterisk arrancara.

                ¿Qué te dice cuando cargas manualmente el módulo? En Asterisk 1.2 si no mal recuerdo, lo haces con:

                *CLI> load chan_zap.so

                    Pero al parecer no tienes los warning, error ni notice en tu CLI, o de lo contrario te habrían aparecido warnings de cual es la razón por la cual no cargan.

                        Iniciaste Zaptel antes de iniciar el asterisk? el comando lszaptel te muestra los canales de tu tarjeta. Al parecer el systema no esta reconociendo tu tarjeta.

                          Al parecer los módulos de zaptel no se cargaron al arrancar el sistema. Es eso, o ahora los está detectando en un orden diferente y por eso no cuadran.

                          ¿Qué te arroja el ztcfg -vv ?

                            no pues la verdad ya me rendí y en estos momentos se esta reinstalando el servidor .
