    Tengo una duda al parecer mi tarjeta Sangoma A101 no esta detectando los tonos de ring o answer. Estube viendo en internet que checara mi tarjeta con wanrouter hwprobe el resultado fue este:

    Lo que estube viendo es que si en HWEC esta en 0, esta dañada la tarjeta y no puede checar los tonos.

    Mi pregunta es si esto es verdad? o si hay alguna forma de detectar este tipo de tonos ya que estoy haciendo llamadas con grabacion de voz pero como no me detecta el answer no reproduce la grabacion.

    HWEC=0 significa que no tienes cancelador de eco en hardware. No tiene nada que ver con tus tonos.

    La otra es que siendo un canal digital, no se usan tonos, sino códigos de señalización que viajan por el canal 16 del E1.

    Por tal motivo, si lo que pasa es que tus llamadas no se detectan como colgado, tu error está en otra parte o bien, puede ser que el carrier no te envia señal de contestado porque la llamada aún no lo está (como es el caso de los mensajes de aviso de que estás cayendo en un buzón de voz)

      Mi pregunta ahora es como puedo saber si mi canal 16 si esta obteniendo bien estas señalizaciones ya que hay avaeces de cheho en el debug y si me detecta el answer pero en otras(que es en la mayoria) no lo detecta.

        Activa el debug en el logger.conf y pon la salida del CLI de Asterisk para cuando sea el caso de que NO te detecta el contestado. Quizá por allí tengamos más información.

          ya en las ultimas pruebas que he hecho ya no me sale answer y en mi softphone se escucha un tono largo cuando contesto en el telefono en el que hago pruebas

            No veo que hayas activado el debug en el logger.conf. Asegúrate de hacerlo para ver si nos muestra más detalle.

              esto fue desde que llame, en el telefono que tengo de prueba si entra la llamada pero en mi softphone se escucha un tono y en el asterisk no me da como llamada contestada.
