[RESUELTO] problema con E1 de telmex se corta la llamada saliente

  • [RESUELTO] problema con E1 de telmex se corta la llamada saliente

    buen dia tengan, he leído mucho sus foros, y pude configurar (creo) una tarjeta E1 A101DE (sangoma pciex), el problema que tengo es que al realizar una llmada (a mi cel) se realiza la llamada pero luego la corta y me marca que todas las líneas están ocupadas, y si quiero llamar a un did marca como ocupado

    en el cli al recibir la llamada esto es lo que aparece

    trato de ver los log de span1 pero no son genrados dentro de /var/log/asterisk.

    lo mas cercano a eso veo el logo que dice full y ahí aparece eso mismo que aparece en cli (algo parecido)

    y aparte me encontré esto

    , espero que puedan orientarme.

    para esto al ver en el hardware detector puedo ver todos los canales en verde, la tarjeta esta en verde asi como el Watson, estoy corriendo elastix 2.4 x64 la E1 esta funcionando correctamente en un panasinic TDA100, estoy tratando de migrar todo a voip , lo único que tengo es un gxw4108 (fx0 sip server) enviando 8 líneas x troncal sip llega e elastix y las mando por enlaces remotos

    la E1 que tenemos contratada es de 30 canales, anteriormete tuve una tdm410 de 4fx0 instalada (por lo que verán en la config que omiti las líneas de esa configuración)

          tendre que configurar /etc/asterisk/unicall.conf ?

          vi unos parámetros, pero tampoco me funciono, o a lo mejor los valores que puse, no funcionaron

            agrega

            mfcr2_call_files=yes
            loglevel=error,warning,debug,notice,cas,mf

            en chan_dahdi.conf, luego reinicia todo y en el CLI pon el comando

            mfcr2 set debug debug

            Ahi te debe dar ya más información en el log y en el CLI, pon los resultados para seguir viendo

              no me genera nada en /var/log/asterisk, de hecho manualmente cree los directorios /var/log/asterisk/mfcr2/span1

              pego la configuracion editada en chan_dahdi.conf

                compañero, ya edite esas lineas pero no genera log en /var/log/asterisk, manualmente cree /var/log/asterisk/mfcr2/span1

                  reiniciaste todo? en el CLI tampoco empezo a aparecer nada con mfcr2 set debug debug?

                    asi es, reinicie el equipo por completon en el cli aparecen los mismos mensajes

                        algo tienes mal en la configuración para el log y no se exactamente que sea.... que respuesta te da el CLI cuando pones ejecutas mfcr2 set debug debug ?

                          como nota, recién instale elastix 2.4 x64 (amd x6 con 8gb ram ddr3 y 500gb hdd) con su respectiva sangoma a101de, antes de conectarla a Telmex, actualize el sistema (yum -y update), pueda que eso me este dando problema para generar los logs, de ser asi pienso, que mejor hago solo backup de mis extensiones y copiar la configuración de mi troncal sip, e instalar desde cero todo, solo el batch de mis extensiones y volver a configurar tal cual los parametors que puse de la e1, haber si con la instalación de default genera bien los logs, .

                          se supone que en chan_dahdi.conf

                          con solo dejar bien los parámetros
                          mfcr2_call_files=yes
                          mfcr2_logdir=span1
                          mfcr2_logging=all

                          debe de crear por si solo el siguiente path /var/log/asterisk/mfcr2/span1

                          por que en mi caso actual no se generaba mfcr2/span1 (tuve que crearlos manualmente, pensando que si los creaba esos directoros, puediese estar generando logs)

                            sigue sin crearme el log en mfcr2 span1
                            pero en el cli esto es lo que he obtenido dentro del log full | grep error

                              sigo viendo, un monton de configuraciones y creo ver que mi error al generar en el cli tengo la variante ITU, y los demás que he visto le aparece MX, he revisado los archivo sde configuración y todos los tengo en MX, cual me faltará para cambiarle la variante a MX
