Buen día tengan todos , solicito su asesoría y/o apoyo con un detalle que se me presento con la señalización con un enlace de un E1 a 10 Canales con el proveedor Telmex, tengo un una tarjeta TE110P la cual la tengo configurada de la siguiente manera :

En el whatson de Telmex se encuentra sin alarmas con indicador verde al igual que la tarjeta del pbx no marca error , solo en el pbx me marca que el canal 16 no lo detecta los canales del 1 al 10 me marca en servicio. No encuentro donde este el problema de mi configuración .
